Crayler

The forklift makes it possible to unload heavy loads directly at the loading point and set them down in inaccessible places. It facilitates the in-house transport of goods and materials, especially in areas with limited space or difficult access. It makes it possible to optimize the flow of materials and increase productivity in various work steps.

Palfinger's forklift features versatile capabilities that enable it to handle rugged outdoor tasks as well as demanding indoor loading and transport tasks. With its strong load capacity and excellent off-road capabilities, it is capable of transporting materials and equipment to remote or hard-to-reach locations. At the same time, the Crayler is also extremely flexible and maneuverable, making it ideal for indoor applications. Thanks to its compact size and a small turning circle, it can move effortlessly in tight spaces and place loads with precision.

The versatile forklift offers various control options to handle different transport tasks. It can be operated manually to perform precise and controlled movements. Alternatively, it can be controlled remotely to work flexibly and efficiently from a remote position. In addition, it is possible to operate the truck-mounted forklift autonomously, allowing it to move to points on its own and complete tasks without human intervention.

The Dingo has a rich documentation, which offers a lot of demos and tutorials. Those can easily be used for educational purposes and provide a carefree entry in the world of robotics.

Thanks to its compatibility with a wide range of sensors and accessories from different manufacturers, smooth integration is guaranteed. The existing Robotic Operating System (ROS) offers researchers and developers an efficient way to start working with the Dingo. G4T4

The G4T4 manages indoor routes from A to B, overcomes low thresholds and enables the transport of goods with a load of up to 25 kg thanks to its loading platform.

The G4T4 is a collaborative robot, also known as a cobot, capable of performing work tasks in cooperation with humans. Its arm is equipped with versatile end-of-arm tooling that offers a wide range of application possibilities thanks to its flexibility and the integration of various sensors. These possibilities include gripping and assembling components as well as detecting different materials.

Genius

By automating the transport of materials between production stations and the supply of various components, manufacturing processes can be increased enormously. The use of Genius reduces manual material handling tasks, such as storage and retrieval processes. This is associated with an optimisation of inventory, which can be better monitored through the work of the Genius.

The Genius can be used in a variety of ways due to its flexible design. Objects of different sizes can be transformed into autonomous driving vehicles with the addition of the Genius. Within logistics, the Genius thus offers flexibility that cannot be matched by many other AMRs.

Husky

The Husky has a generous storage area that can be used to transport a wide variety of goods with different attachment systems. For example, KLT boxes can be attached to ensure safe transportation of various packages.

Thanks to its robust design, the Husky is suitable for both indoor and outdoor transport. Its off-road capability and impressive load capacity of up to 50 kg allow for versatile applications.

Rapyuta

The Rapyuta has an attached tablet and barcode scanner. Both enable the employee to carry out pick-up work efficiently by means of specific instructions and to record these directly in the system. After loading, the Rapyuter takes over the transport independently.

Shuttle

The shuttle has an efficient ordering system that enables various package sizes to be transported precisely from A to B on its taxiway. Optimal routes are planned to actively avoid obstacles. Thanks to its Load Handling Device (LHD), which can raise and lower the loading platform variably, the shuttle is able to effortlessly serve loading and unloading stations with different heights.
